Saftronics has won a contract from Scottish Water Solutions to supply a new suite of MCCs and local control panels for the water treatment works at Loch Turret in Crief, Scotland.The project, required to improve the control of the disinfection process and increase the volume of drinking water to 85 megalitres a day, will also involve management of the upgrade to the existing SCADA by another contractor. Work is now underway to deliver the MCCs and LCPs on time and to budget.
