Sian joined Saftronics in January 2003 as Human Resources Manager.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds the NEBOSH certificate, enabling her to take on the dual role of Human Resources and Health and Safety. At Saftronics, Sian is responsible for the recruitment, development, health and welfare of all the company’s employees.
Terry joined Saftronics in 1987 straight from school and has gained ONC and HNC Qualifications in Electrical Engineering. Terry has recently attended PROFIBUS Certified Installer qualifications.
Terry began his career on the shop floor as a panel wireman, and then moved into testing before taking on an engineering role in 1996. Following many years as a Senior Electrical Engineer for Saftronics Terry has recently been promoted to the position of Electrical Engineering Manager where he has responsibilities for creating, developing and implementing the Electrical Engineering Standards use by the business.
Steve joined Saftronics in 2003 as a Software Engineer following a 20 year electrical industry career involving PLC and HMI programming and commissioning as well as multiple SCADA installations.
After working his way up to Senior Software Engineer, he was promoted to his present role of Project Manager in October 2006. He currently oversees a portfolio of projects averaging in excess of £3 million, covering the length and breadth of the British Isles.
Andrew has over 24 years experience with Saftronics advancing within the business from apprentice and progressing through the electrical engineering department for more than 10 years, designing MCCs and leading project teams. Andrew was recently promoted to the position of Project Manager managing client contracts that range in value from £10,000 to £5 million.
Mark joined Saftronics in1988 and has since been deeply involved in all aspects of the company’s IT development. He has a first class honours degree in computing, and extensive experience in the creation, management and maintenance of IT systems. Together with an expert team of highly knowledgeable computing specialists, Mark is responsible for the development, delivery and support of an IT systems infrastructure that meets the diverse demands of the business.
