Saftronics were involved in a project in the Energy from Waste sector supplying multiple MCCs across 2 sites – Birmingham Bio Power and Welland Bio Power.
CoGen operate 4 gasification facilities, each year receiving between 30,000 and 300,000 tonnes of waste. They are regulated by the Environment Agency.
Saftronics, through our consultancy service, helped scope the £1m project requirements with a solution using our MCC solutions.
The project was done successfully in collaboration with many other OEMs contractors and in the final stages involved comprehensive training for their operations staff.
