We have been designing MCCs for many years and this shows in the quality of our products. RSE Control Systems (Saftronics) products are rigorously tested and comply with all industry standards, health and safety requirements and relevant certifications.

ASTA Rated Motor Control Centres

All our metalwork is designed in-house and as our MCCs utilise our own ASTA-certified bus bar system we can find a solution for any special arrangement or requirement. Our Engineers will create digital models of the MCC prior to manufacture to ensure we suit the application. We own the copyright and intellectual property rights for all our own designs of metalwork and busbar systems.

The Environment Agency’s MEICA Graduates visited RSE Control Systems (Saftronics) in Leeds as part of their training programme. The graduates were given an insight into the design, manufacture and assembly of Motor Control Centres as well as the various control and automation equipment that interfaces with it. Environment Agency MEICA engineers are responsible for the technical assurance of MCC’s and RSE Control Systems (Saftronics) were able to provide an appreciation of what is best practice in industry and what the future of system integration looks like.
